1. Who we are
This website presents ECOGEN Infrastructure and Technologies Corp., identified on the website as formerly Ecogen Renewable Energy and Construction Corp. (“ECOGEN,” “we,” or “us”). The company-name wording remains subject to confirmation of the pending SEC amendment.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your full name, company or agency, email address, phone number, inquiry type, message and confirmation of your privacy consent. Your position is optional. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry.
The form also checks an empty spam-prevention field and the time taken to complete it. To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily keeps an encoded identifier derived from your email address, an attempt count and an expiry time. The email delivery service receives a request identifier to prevent duplicate delivery.
The hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as connection and delivery records. The deployed providers and their record-handling arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
3. Why we collect it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond using the contact details you provide, and conduct related business communications. Technical checks help prevent spam, limit repeated submissions and avoid duplicate emails. The website does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Legal basis
The inquiry form requests your consent to process the information you submit for these purposes under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You may contact us to withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn. Any other applicable legal basis must be identified where needed.

6. Retention
Inquiry information should be kept only as long as necessary to respond and maintain legitimate business records, subject to applicable requirements. ECOGEN must confirm its final retention schedule and deletion procedures for email and related records.
The website application does not save inquiry messages in a database or deliberately log their contents. Its temporary submission-limit records use a ten-minute window and are cleared on subsequent processing after expiry or when the server restarts. This does not delete messages or records held by email and hosting providers.
7. Security
The form validates submissions on the server, limits request size, checks where submissions originate, and uses spam and repeated-submission checks. Email credentials stay on the server and are not included in browser code.
Before public launch, ECOGEN must confirm secure hosting, HTTPS, access restrictions for staff and providers, and appropriate incident-handling arrangements. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request erasure or blocking. Contact us using the address below so we can assess your request and verify your identity when necessary.
